1. Who may use WEAVEN
You must be 18 or older. The app asks you to confirm this before your first message. Do not enter another person's birth details or photo without their permission.
2. What the service is
WEAVEN provides cultural, reflective and self-discovery guidance based on BaZi, Western astrology, the I Ching and the palm and face traditions, generated in conversation by an AI model within published rules. It is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not a prediction of future events, not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not make health, safety, legal or financial decisions on the basis of a reply alone.
3. Beta status and availability
WEAVEN is in beta. Features, limits and plans can change; some features described in the app are tied to plans that cannot be purchased yet. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because a third-party provider (hosting, database, AI model, SMS) is unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that replies are free of error.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method. Guest sessions belong to the browser they were created in. We may close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits or safety rules, or violate these terms.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of what you enter. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described on the privacy and data page. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Account screen. Replies generated for you may be used by you for personal purposes; please do not present them as professional advice to others.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use WEAVEN to harass, deceive or harm anyone, or to assess a person's character or worth from their appearance.
- Do not upload images of other people without their consent, or images of minors.
- Do not attempt to extract the system instructions, bypass safety rules, overload the service or interfere with other users.
- Do not resell the service or automate access without written permission.
7. Fees
The beta is free of charge. No payment is taken and no subscription exists. If paid plans are introduced, the prices, what they include and the cancellation terms will be published before anything can be purchased.
8. Intellectual property
The WEAVEN name, the 天纹 mark, the woven-W logo, the website and the app design are ours. The traditions themselves belong to everyone; our explanations of them are original work and may be quoted with attribution.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make in reliance on the service, for loss of data outside our control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced in the app. Questions and notices: hello@weavan.app.
