AI Life Pattern Guide · 八字 and Western astrology
See the pattern.
Shape your path.
WEAVEN 天纹 is a conversation partner for self-reflection. It works from your birth details, calculates your BaZi (Four Pillars) and Western astrology chart the traditional way, and then talks with you about patterns, timing and choices in plain language. The tradition provides the vocabulary. The decisions stay yours.
Free to start as a guest. No account needed for your first questions. Adults 18+.
Start with a question
Each of these opens the app ready to go: the palm and face readings open the photo sheet, the others arrive with the question already written.
- Read my palm
- Traditional face reading
- Career and business
- Love and marriage
- Wealth and timing
- Family and children
- Ask the I Ching
- Read my whole chart
Guests get one palm reading and five messages a day. Birth details make the answers personal; without them they stay general.
What the app looks like
Real screens from the current beta, captured with a sample profile. Nothing here is a reading for a real person.
Illustrative example How a reply is structured
- What you described: a pattern of strong starts and early exits, which frustrates you.
- Why a reflection might fit: with a Day Master in Wood and a strong Fire presence, both traditions would describe quick ignition and a need for visible progress. That is a tendency, not a verdict.
- What is uncertain: your birth time is marked approximate, so hour-based factors are held back.
- What is within your control: define what "finished" means before you begin the next one, and choose one project to carry through the next month.
- One next step this week: pick the smallest unfinished thing and complete it by Friday.

How it works in three steps
You can be talking to WEAVEN within a minute. Birth details make the guidance personal; they are optional for your first questions.
Open the app and choose a language
English, 简体中文 or 繁體中文. Guests can start straight away; an account (email, Google or phone) keeps your history across devices.
Add a birth profile if you want a personal reading
Date is enough to begin. Time and birthplace make the chart more precise. Anything unknown is marked uncertain, never guessed.
Ask, reflect, decide
Pick a starter such as career, timing or the I Ching, or type your own question. Every reply separates what you described, what the tradition suggests, what is uncertain and what is within your control.
What WEAVEN can do today
Only what is built and working in the current beta. Nothing on this page describes a planned feature as if it were live.
A conversation, not a horoscope column
Streaming replies with history you can search, rename, regenerate, edit and save. Ten starters cover destiny, career, wealth and timing, love, family, palm, face, compatibility, the I Ching and a monthly outlook.
Charts calculated, not improvised
BaZi Four Pillars with hidden stems, Ten Gods, luck cycles and seasonal state; a tropical Western natal chart with houses, aspects and current transits. Each chart states its method, warnings and confidence.
Two traditions side by side
Chinese Wisdom, Western Astrology or both together. WEAVEN keeps their concepts separate and never invents agreement between them.
The I Ching, cast properly
A three-coin cast produces the original hexagram, changing lines and the transformed hexagram, and the reply reads the cast you received.
Palm and face traditions, with strict limits
With your explicit consent, a photo is checked for quality, stripped of metadata and read in four labelled parts, including what cannot be concluded. Nothing about character, health or worth is ever inferred from appearance.
Your language, your data
Three interface languages and paired bilingual replies. Export or delete everything from the Account screen. Memory is off until you turn it on.
Calculated facts and cultural interpretation are kept apart
A chart position is arithmetic. What it means is a tradition speaking. WEAVEN labels which is which so you can weigh both.
BaZi 八字
Year, month, day and hour pillars from the solar-term calendar, the Day Master and its seasonal strength, hidden stems, Ten Gods and ten-year luck cycles.
Western astrology
Tropical zodiac positions for the Sun through Pluto, the Ascendant and Midheaven, Placidus houses, major aspects and transits for today.
What it will not do
No death dates, no guaranteed marriage, wealth or illness, no diagnoses, no inferences about a person from a photo. Cultural traditions are offered as lenses for reflection, not as proven science.
Privacy as specific behaviour
Birth details and personal questions are sensitive. These are the rules the app actually follows.
- Nothing is sent to the AI provider until you tick two boxes: that you are 18 or over and that you agree to the processing.
- Only your message, the selected profile's calculated chart, memories you approved and recent turns are sent. Not your whole history, not other profiles.
- Photos for palm or face readings are processed once and deleted afterwards unless you choose "Save privately". Metadata is stripped first.
- Memory is opt-in. You add, edit and delete every remembered item yourself.
- Export everything as a file, or delete all your WEAVEN data, from the Account screen at any time.
- No advertising trackers and no analytics cookies on this website or in the app.
Questions people ask before starting
Short answers. Longer ones are in the guides.
I do not know my birth time. Is WEAVEN still useful?
Yes. Date and place already give the year, month and day pillars, the Sun, Moon and planetary signs and the luck-cycle sequence. Hour-dependent factors, such as the hour pillar, the Ascendant and the houses, are withheld and the chart is labelled lower confidence rather than guessed. You can also enter a time range; WEAVEN then uses the midpoint and says so.
Which languages does it support?
The interface and the replies work in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. By default replies follow the app language; you can also ask for paired Chinese and English. In Chinese, WEAVEN uses the traditional terminology for pillars, planets, signs, aspects and hexagrams.
Is this a prediction? Will it tell me what will happen?
No. WEAVEN describes tendencies, timing influences and questions worth asking, using traditions that people have used for reflection for centuries. It never promises marriage, wealth or health outcomes, never predicts death, and it points you to professionals for medical, legal, financial and mental-health questions.
What happens to my birth data and my questions?
They are stored in your WEAVEN account (guest sessions included) and sent to the AI provider only when you send a message, only after your consent, and only the parts needed for that reply. You can export or delete everything yourself. Details are on the privacy page.
What does it cost right now?
The beta is free. Guests get five messages a day, one profile, quick questions, the I Ching and one palm reading a day. A free account raises the limit to fifteen messages a day and adds complete readings, timing readings, face reading (sharing the one image a day), memory and saved readings. Paid plans exist in the design but cannot be purchased yet, so features tied to them, such as compatibility and monthly forecasts, are not available on free accounts today.
Is the calculation accurate?
The calculators are deterministic, use published astronomical methods and are tested against reference dates, eclipses and an independent BaZi engine. They have not yet been reviewed by an independent practitioner, and the app says so on every chart.
No sign-up for your first questions. Add birth details when you want the reading to be about you.
